La Biblioteca Pediatrica "Bruno Beccaria" é stata istituita nell'ambito del Centro di Ricerca "Bruno e Anna Beccaria " per onorare la memoria del Cavaliere del Lavoro Ingegner Bruno Beccaria.
L'Ing. Beccaria, nato a Brescia nel 1915, si laureò in Ingegneria Meccanica presso il Politecnico di Milano. Entrato nel 1941 all'OM di Brescia, vi assunse via via maggiori responsabilità, fino ad essere chiamato nel 1968 a Torino a capo di tutto il settore Diesel della FIAT (veicoli industriali, trattori, macchine movimento terra).
